He provides consulting services to employers,providers and managed care organizations throughout Ohio, primarily in the development of healthcaremarket strategies, managed care approaches, and effective human resource management. His recent experienceshave included assignments in developing health system strategic and marketing plans, union negotiations,integrated disability management programs, flexible benefit plans, direct contracting, consumer driven health,and other progressive health management strategies.John has over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits and healthcare field, including 16 years withMercer specializing in the development of employer health care strategies.
