Overview of DoL EligibilityThe Department of Labor (DoL) will make the initialdetermination of eligibility for VRAP. In order to beeligible, a Veteran:• Must be at least 35, but no more than 60 years of age asof the date of application;• Must be unemployed as of the date of application;• Must not have been enrolled in a Federal or State jobtraining program at any time during the 180 days prior tothe application date; and• Must submit an application no later than October 1,2013.VRAP v 1.0 (20120427)5
