<strong>Residential</strong><strong>Parking</strong> <strong>Program</strong><strong>Program</strong> Area<strong>The</strong> boundaries <strong>of</strong> this pilot program arenorth <strong>of</strong> Fourth Street, east <strong>of</strong> GreenupStreet, south <strong>of</strong> the Ohio River, and west <strong>of</strong>the Licking River (“<strong>Parking</strong> <strong>Program</strong> Area”).This is an optional program in which residentswho reside within the boundaries <strong>of</strong>the pilot area may or may not elect to participate.Permit Information<strong>Residential</strong> <strong>Parking</strong> Permits will be availableon an annual basis to residents <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Parking</strong><strong>Program</strong> Area for $25.00 each, which willinclude one visitor pass. (Maximum <strong>of</strong> twopermits and two visitor passes per household,per year.) <strong>The</strong>se passes are valid forthe calendar year in which they are issued,renewable annually, and will be coded toeach resident/address for police verificationpurposes.Permits will be static cling window stickers,which shall be placed in the rear windowon the drivers side <strong>of</strong> the resident’s vehicle.Residents who do not purchase Resident<strong>Parking</strong> Permits must comply with on-streetsignage requirements, which are discussedmore fully below.Visitor PassesOne visitor pass will beprovided with each<strong>Residential</strong> <strong>Parking</strong> Permit.<strong>The</strong>se will be hangtagstyle that can hookonto the rear-view mirror<strong>of</strong> visitor cars. Ifthese passes areabused or misused,they may be revoked.<strong>The</strong>re is a replacementcharge <strong>of</strong> $25.00 forany lost or stolen visitorpasses.Signage<strong>The</strong>re will be signs as you are entering thearea <strong>of</strong> the neighborhood covered by thisprogram advising drivers that they are enteringa residential parking zone.
