Registrations for the03.02.2010 include the lunch and buffet in the evening. Congressparticipants also have free entry to the trade fair on the day of participation.Registration deadline and payment: The conference fee can be paidagainst invoice on or before 08.01.2010. Participants registering later arerequired to disclose their account data or pay at the cash counter.The deadline for registration is 20.01.2010. Later registrations are onlyaccepted at the conference venue, for which an administration fee of 15 % ofthe conference fee will be charged. The conference material can be collectedat the conference venue only after payment of the conference fee in full.Free cancellation of participation is possible in writing on or before20.01.2010. Cancellations received later will be accepted but no refundof the conference fee made (exceptions must be proved and can only beprocessed after the end of the event. Please send an e-mail toinfo@biogastagung.org).Representatives of authorities and students are eligible to a singlereduction of 30% on the regular entrance fee against proof.
