The construction of the Erkoform-3 unit compliesto legal standards (see declaration of conformity, machine documents).Attention! Security hints:Do not touch heater - hot surface! Housing of the heater reaches a temperature of 70 °C!Only operate the machine under supervision. Do not keep highly inflammable materials indirect area of the machine.Usage as directed: The Erkoform-3 unit should only be used with suitable dental thermoformingmaterial in diametre 120 mm and thickness of up to 6 mm for forming on suitablemodels. In case of non-observance, we cannot take any liability or guarantee for damages.Cleaning and maintenance: The unit should be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use anysolvents or other cleaning agents. If the unit is intensively used the sealings should beexchanged once a year.Foil receptionsealing 188 011Form potsealing 188 017Installation instructionsThe Erkoform-3 is connected to electricity independently of compressed air equipment. Inorder to avoid water getting into the appliance (for example water splashes), the applianceshould be installed in dry and dust-free conditions.Putting into operationFit in the supplied plug in the rear socket of the machine. Plug in at the wall socket, the unitis operational. Unplug the machine when not in use.Sensor windowPlease check if the sensor window is dusty or dirty. This leads tomeasuring mistakes. If necessary, dust off or clean with a dampcloth (no cleaning agents).Sensor windowRecommendationUse the machine only with granules (illustr.). To fill the granules,put the foil frame by the handle (cavity for good grip) upwardsuntil you reach the highest possible position and then move itbackwards towards outside until it stops. Smooth the granules,excessive granules will fall in the surrounding channel and canbe swept with the brush in the granules collecting device. Itshould be ensured that there are no granules on the sealings.
