Registration/CancellationAll registrations received up to one week before the meet<strong>in</strong>g will be acknowledged by mail. Anadm<strong>in</strong>istrative fee <strong>of</strong> $40 will be deducted from cancellations made by registrants before September1, 2004. Thereafter, refunds will not be granted. No-shows are not eligible for a refund and all preregistered,unpaid no-shows will be billed the full conference tuition. A $25 service charge will beassessed to each returned check or denied debit/credit card.
