If the consignor designates areserve on a lot, and it remains unsold, there willbe a buy-in fee charged on the reserve price.Outright Sale To <strong>Doyle</strong>Outright purchase <strong>of</strong> property by <strong>Doyle</strong> allows theseller the advantage and convenience <strong>of</strong> immediatepayment. Many sellers prefer this method <strong>of</strong>sale rather than consigning their property to auction and awaiting payment after the successfulsale <strong>of</strong> the items.
