Objectives of key funds: Climate InvestFunds• Clean Technology Fund:– invests in the demonstration, deployment and transfer of low carbontechnologies. Key sectors include electricity generation, transport(modal shifts to public transportation) and energy efficiencyinvestments by the industrial, commercial and residential buildingsectors.• Strategic Climate Fund: is an overarching fund for funds aimed atpiloting new approaches to climate change or scaling up activitiesfocusing on a specific climate change response.
