(P) No. 21/2009/P&ARD dated, 30/12/2009.Heads <strong>of</strong> all Government institutions under this<strong>Directorate</strong> are requested to obtain and forward applications for<strong>General</strong> <strong>Transfer</strong> <strong>2012</strong> through on-line following the procedure givenbelow.The on-line application form for <strong>General</strong> <strong>Transfer</strong> <strong>2012</strong> isavailable in the website www.dtekerala.gov.in/elogin from 15/01/<strong>2012</strong>.For applying for the transfer, employees have to login to this siteand submit their application on-line and take a printout <strong>of</strong> theapplication. The duly signed printout <strong>of</strong> application should also besubmitted to the Head <strong>of</strong> the institution/Office before 31/1/<strong>2012</strong> foronward transmission to the <strong>Directorate</strong>. [The employee who isexpecting transfer by virtue <strong>of</strong> completion <strong>of</strong> the stipulated periodcan also submit their application indicating the preferences if theyget transferred]. The transfer application submitted through on lineonly will be considered for <strong>General</strong> <strong>Transfer</strong> <strong>2012</strong> and any additionalinformation provided in hand written in the application will not beconsidered for transfer processing. The data required for transferprocessing will be taken from the Employee Details provided in thewebsite.
The Heads <strong>of</strong> Institutions shall verify and forward thetransfer applications received from the employees with remarksthrough the website: www.dtekerala.gov.in/mis before 15/2/<strong>2012</strong>. Forthe scrutiny, verification and approval <strong>of</strong> the transfer application; theClerk, Superintendent/Head Clerk and Head <strong>of</strong> the institutionconcerned will login to the website: www.dtekerala.gov.in/mis as ongetting the hard copy <strong>of</strong> the application.
