Each staff and his/her manager negotiate fairly the consequences for achieving and notachieving expectations. The consequences for not achieving expectations vary from, for example, resettingexpectations and providing different supports to more harsh measures. We always respond formally (e.g. in staff reviews) to each staff’s success in meetingexpectations as well as failure to achieve expectations with the negotiated consequences.Why did you give it the grade?17
