He is working as a scientific advisor at OSS with specialtieson <strong>groundwater</strong> <strong>resources</strong> and with a focus on arid zones <strong>groundwater</strong> managementin Africa and Arab zones. He has 33 years of professional experience and has been workingas a head of the Ground water <strong>resources</strong> office in Tunisia.101
