It is an ideal place withgood facilities for a bus<strong>in</strong>ess conference;it is also convenient, and very popularfor shopp<strong>in</strong>g and d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g. The facilitator, whoassisted <strong>Coca</strong>-<strong>Cola</strong> <strong>in</strong> sett<strong>in</strong>g up theobjectives of the exercise, guided theparticipants dur<strong>in</strong>g the programmes,and asked them to analyse theirstrengths and weaknesses <strong>in</strong> each of theactivities held.The ic<strong>in</strong>g on the cake was when thegroup was split <strong>in</strong>to two <strong>teams</strong>, each witha huge parachute. In the middle of thetwo <strong>teams</strong> were two large balloons. Then, on Friday, they took aconvenient boat trip from the <strong>Hong</strong> <strong>Kong</strong> Disneylandpier directly to Lamma Island, before visit<strong>in</strong>g Victoria Peakfor d<strong>in</strong>ner, where they enjoyed the magnificent harbourview, and the spectacular multimedia light and soundshow, “A Symphony of Lights”.
