Auction at NorthStoneCountry Club in Hunt ersville. Thisyear’s tasting, presented byPresbyterian Hospital-Hunters ville,begins at 7 p.m. Proceeds fromthe event will benefit The LakeNorman Free Clinic andThe Hope House. Food stations will includea sushi station, a raw bar,and a carving station, all complementedby food from Bravo CucinaItaliana, Dressler’s Restaurant, MiaFamiglia Restaurante Catering andSoiree on Main. Each attendee willreceive a commemorative wine glassas a gift. Live music will be providedby The Calvin Edwards Trio.Although there is a very diverse selectionof wine, other refreshing nonalcoholicbeverages will be offered.Wines at auction will be available forpurchase.Solomon Househires health ministerThe Solomon House of Hunters ville,a faith-based health outreach ministryof Presbyterian Hospital, has namedDenise Cathey as a new health ministryeducator. She joins The SolomonHouse after two decades in the educationfield, most recently as a counselorand teacher at Central Piedmont CommunityCollege.
