Manager for various Dot.Com companiesbefore joining Wharton | San Francisco.Katherine Lilygren: Admissions/MarketingAs admissions director for the Wharton | SanFrancisco MBA for Executives program, Katherinedirects all dmissions and marketing activities for theSan Francisco-based class. She works closely with thePhiladelphia campus on marketing initiatives andadmission policies. Prior to joining Wharton, Katherinespent two years as the Executive Director of the BerkeleyColumbia Executive MBA Program. She also spent fiveyears as the Director of Admissions and Associate Directorof the UCLA Anderson Executive MBA Program. Beforeher career in higher education, Katherine worked formany years in various finance and banking roles in LosAngeles. She has her MBA from UCLA Anderson Schoolof Management and a B.S. in Business Administrationfrom the University of Southern California.Catherine Molony: AdmissionsCatherine A. Molony, Director of Admissions Eastand West (located in Philadelphia), has been Director ofthe Wharton MBA for Executives Program (MBA Exec)since 1989. During her tenure, the MBA Exec Programhas grown each year to its present enrollment of just over400 students. Cathy is responsible for recruitment andadmissions, publications, special events and InternationalSeminar planning, office management and a wide range ofother administrative functions. She also advises studentsand assists with their activities, including the work ofthe International Seminar and Executive Speaker SeriesCommittees. Cathy participated in the MBA Exec Westcoast program start-up and launch. Cathy continues to beinvolved in the ongoing management and marketing ofthe West coast program.program called Media in Community Service. Rai hasbeen living in San Francisco for the past twelve years andis originally from the Philippines.Quyen Tran: Admissions/AdministrativeSupportQuyen joined the MBAExec West team in 2005. Sheworks closely with Kathy Lilygren and provides support foradmissions and marketing activities for the San Franciscobasedclass.She worked for ARAMARK Corporation in Marketingand desk-top publishing prior to joining Wharton | SanFrancisco. Quyen is originally from Philadelphia. Shereceived her B.A. in Asian Studies from Temple Universityand continues to take classes in Marketing and BusinessAdministration.Irina Yuen: Wharton EntrepreneurialProgram (WEP)Irina is a member of both Wharton | San Franciscoand WEP teams. She directs WEP’s West Coast outreachactivities and assists Wharton | San Francisco in generalwith building relationships to venture and entrepreneurialnetworks and with strengthening Wharton’s West Coastpresence.A Penn and Wharton alumna (BA90, MA96,MBA96), Irina has a range of entrepreneurial, businessand leadership experience. As a member of CBSMarketWatch’s founding team, Irina led many of thecompany’s strategic, partnering, product and M&A efforts.In 1991, Irina co-founded Minds Matter, an educationalnon-profit that continues to thrive and serves youthnationwide. Irina recently served as Chair of GoldenGate Mothers Group – one of the most active and fastestgrowing parent organizations in the country with a vibrantonline community.Earlier in her career, Irina worked as a trader andas a management consultant. She speaks Mandarin andFrench and enjoys surfing, skiing and other outdooractivities with her husband (WEMBA 31) and daughter.Rai Poquiz: MultimediaRai began working at Wharton | San Francisco asan Admissions Assistant in 2007. With the Whartoncommunity’s increasing demand for multimedia content,he was hired in 2010 as the Multimedia Producer. Raicoordinates, oversees, and executes all administrative,creative, and technical aspects of multimedia projects formarketing, communications, and learning purposes. Raialso helps manage the Wharton | San Francisco websiteand social media accounts.Rai received his degree in Broadcast and ElectronicCommunication Arts from San Francisco State University.He was formerly employed as an adjunct productioninstructor for the SFSU’s College of Extended Learning
