Short Title, Extent and Commencement.—This Act may be called The FishJalkar Management (Amendment) Act, 2010(ii) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(iii) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, bynotification, in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates for coming into force fordifferent provisions of this Act, may be appointed.2. Amendment in Section-2 of Bihar Act, 13, 2006.– In Section 2 (ix), the wordsand figure "and Bihar Self Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 1996" shall bedeleted.3. Amendment in Section-5 of Bihar Act, 13, 2006.– In sub-section (i) ofSection 5, the word "five" shall be substituted by the word "seven".4.
