Human rights organizations have to inform, assess,supervise, monitor and evaluate the State reports about their compliancein an interdisciplinary way in order to inform to the Court or denouncethe facts. A program of reparations generates expectations in thevictims. If this is not fulfilled, it will produce very negative and oppositeeffects to the aim of the reparation. And from the psychological pointof view, frustration and people’s double victimization take place. Inthis sense, there is a consensus that justice is the most important rightand reparation for victims.
