He also completed an operational improvement project <strong>for</strong> a consumer durables manufacturer:improved operating processes, initiated ISO 9000, wrote their strategic plan, revised the pricing strategy, anddeveloped new decision tools. In an earlier project, he sourced potential acquisitions <strong>for</strong> a private equityinvestment firm and developed a comprehensive acquisition sourcing and communications program <strong>for</strong> them.Prior to that, he intermediated the successful divestiture of a division of a Fortune 500 corporation.Prior to joining UH-Inc, he was Group President of the Engineered Plastics Group of Applied Tech Products, aSaunders Karp & Megrue investment, where he oversaw four operating companies. Be<strong>for</strong>e that, as GroupExecutive and Senior Managing Director of Cortec Group, a private equity investment firm, he oversaw four metalfabrication companies and conducted M&A, valuation, and acquisition engagements.He served as President of three operating companies of Masco Corporation: Baldwin Hardware Corporation,American Metal Products, and the Baldwin Brass Home Accent Stores. At Forstmann-Little, he was GeneralManager of the Electripak Division of American Electric and at General Electric, he was manager of a $300M lineof lighting products. His early experience includes product management positions at American Cyanamid,Warner-Lambert, and Unilever.Mr. Pursell earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in biochemistry from WashingtonUniversity in St. Louis. He served as a Captain and Management Analysis Officer in the U.S. Air Force in Europeand Southeast Asia.Mike DeCata, Executive Affiliate, Hamilton RobinsonMichael DeCata was <strong>for</strong>merly the President of the Chefs' Warehouse, a national, specialtyfood distributor. His prior experience includes leading the Contractor Supplies Division andthe Fleet Operations of United Rentals and the eastern region of W.W. Grainger whichgenerated over $1.4 billion in sales, and consisted of 154 branch locations and 2000 people.Mike began his career at General Electric and worked in a variety of cross-functional as wellas cross-business roles including positions at GE Plastics, GE Capital (TIP trailer rental &Modular Space), GE Semiconductor, GE Robotics and GE Power Systems.Mike currently sits on the Board of Directors of Crescent Electric Supply, a $1 billion, privately held, electricaldistribution company.Mike has a mechanical engineering degree from Clarkson University.

Grosman joined Court Square Capital Partners in 2010 as the Operating Partner.Previously, he served as President, Hexcel Corp (NYSE: HXL) and President, QuebecorMagazine Printing Solutions (NYSE: QW), during which time he was responsible <strong>for</strong> thesuccessful turnaround of these businesses. Prior to Quebecor, he was Chief OperatingOfficer of American Standard’s Trane Commercial Air Conditioning Business where he ledsignificant profitable growth. He started his career at Bain & Company and then spent elevenyears in various senior executive capacities in the plastics division of General Electric. Mr. Shea serves as theChairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of SMG Corporation, John Morrell & Company and PolymerUnited. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer of The Sperry & Hutchinson Company Inc. He has been anHead of portfolio company operations of American Real Estate Holdings Limited Partnership since December 1,2006. Mr. Shea has been the President of American Property Investors, Inc., the general partner of IcahnEnterprises, L.P. since December 27, 2006. He has extensive experience and a unique blend of managerial skillsbalancingbusiness acumen in marketing, finance, strategic planning, organizational development, operations,and mergers & acquisitions.Mr. Shea served as the President of Icahn Enterprises G.P. Inc.at Icahn Enterprises Holdings L.P. fromDecember 27, 2006 to March 6, 2009. He served as an Independent Consultant to various companies and anAdvisor to private equity firms from 2002 to November 2006. Mr. Shea served as the Chief Executive Officer of anumber of United Brands Company subsidiaries from 1978 to 1994. He served as the Managing Director of H.J.Heinz Company in Europe from 1997 to 2001 and also served as its Head of Global <strong>Corporate</strong> Development.He began his career with General Foods Corporation. He served as a Member of senior management of severalpublic and private multi-national companies. He also served in various positions with United Brands Company.Mr. Shea served as the Executive Chairman of Roncadin GmbH. He has been a Director of Viskase CompaniesInc., since November 2006 and Sitel Worldwide Corporation since October 2011. He serves as a Director of CTIFoods, Inc. Mr. Shea has been a Director of WestPoint International Inc., a subsidiary of American Real EstatePartners, L.P., since December 20, 2006. He served as a Director of XO Holdings, Inc., from December 27, 2006to March 6, 2009. He served as a Director of Sabert Corporation. He served as a Director of American RailcarIndustries from December 21, 2006 to March 6, 2009. He served as a Director of Premium Standard Farms andNew Energy Company of Indiana.He is a Private Consultant.
