i-tec ® SLOTT - More Tolerancewhen Shrinking The requirementProcess-sure clamping technology of straight shanktools currently require a tolerance of h6. This can berestrictive reducing the advantages of the modernshrinking technology.The solutionThe shrink fit chuck is slotted. Thus a shank with alarger tolerance range can be inserted.
