These two are born of different mothers butfathered by the same man. Their meeting arranged by Richard who got to know about his halfbrothers existence from a traditional doctor his family consulted two years ago. Because of thebad luck the family was experiencing at the time, is set in a private park in Soweto.Richard is a medical doctor by profession and married with two children whilst Moloantoa is in tocar syndicate. The older of the two is Moloantoa who grew up under hardship in the streets for hismother died 24 years ago from heartache, when she heard that Godfrey, the brother's father wasmarrying another woman, Richards's mother. He grew up hating his father's guts even though hehas never seen him before for he left when he was two years old and swore not to forgive him forwhat he has done to him and his mother. On the other hand Richard has a good life as both hisparents have him and his younger sister Rachel everything a child could wish for including a goodeducation hence why he is a medical doctor today. This meeting between the two is not only to inform Moloantoa about his other family but it is alsoabout the jackpot that he has hit for the first time in his life. Godfrey Tau who is their father was awealthy man but unfortunately he was hijacked and gunned down somewhere around Sowetotwo weeks ago. In his latest 'will' he left everything he owns to the first time after 24 years, Godfreyhad come around in search of his son Moloantoa but was unfortunately hijacked and killed byMoloantoa himself not knowing that it was his father. We also discover that the girl heimpregnated two years ago and never seen or heard from ever since, is actually his half sisterRachel, Richard's sister.

Agreement of Purchase and SaleYet the distinction between these so-called business issues and legalissues is blurred.Ultimately, all provisions of an APS have an important impact on thebusiness terms of the deal and establish the transactional relationshipbetween a Purchaser and a Vendor.5

The conflict is between the principal and an artseducator who tries to introduce schoolchildren to afternoonarts classes. The play also shows the lack of parental support towardschildren and the way parents and teachers like to choosecareers for their children. It articulates clear that someparents do not even try to find out what their kids are goodat. At the end of the play we see school children protestingagainst their school principal by stoning her and vandalizingthe school while their arts educator battles to calm thesituation.

MOTHERThe writer's message is that performing artsis a broad subject where many careerpaths emerge. What children learn atschool is not all they need to know, theycannot rely on this knowledge for the restof their lives. Extra curricular activities likesports, recreation, arts and cultureencourages children to stay at school andfinish their matrics. The place is overlooking the UnionBuildings. It is happening during the time of 2010Soccer World Cup in South Africa. The euphoriaand World Cup fever reigns across the wholecountry to which the B&B is no exception as it issituated just not far from one of the chosenvenues, Loftus Versveld stadium. The tenants inthis small guest house are nationals from variouscountries. One of them is Mokete Tsotetsi, whohails from Mangaung in South Africa and FemiKeshi, a die hard soccer fanatic from Nigeria. Apandemonium erupts when the former startscomplaining about the incessant noise fromKeshi's room. He protests over the loudness ofthe television and Keshi's screams duringungodly hours of the morning. The stubborn, butyet calm Mr Keshi manages to ignore him for along time as he enjoys the soccer highlights onthe telly. This calls for Mokete to make manyattempts to reach out to the ever unavailableB&B Manager for rescue. The issues ofnationality and zenophobia rave above thecrest during the two visitors' impasse. However,it is the spirit of brotherhood and solidarity thatfinally wins in this House of guests. “ Thepresentation of this play is by far arguably themost simplistic and interesting style as it requiresonly a writing chalk for the visibility of the set onstage”, as the director reckons. Also, mimingplays an important part in this play.Emfuleni-14:00Batlhodi Theatre ProductionsConceived and directed by Mahlodi MatlalaSynopsisEmfuleni is a traditional play that revolvesaround the personal matters that concerns KingMbuzikazi Mkhize, of the Zulu tribe.
