A computerized alignment process combinedwith an optimized material composition inside the helium vesselresults in lifetimes exceeding 25,000h.The cooler is designed for high performance IR-detectors andhigh temperature superconductor applications. The SF100 iscompact, lightweight and provides a cooling capacity of 2W at23°C ambient temperature.The resulting performance marginallows detector temperatures down to 60K.The cooler is available as:- A-version, for use with external control electronics like theAIM AM7X or alternatively with customer's electronics.- B-version, a compact solution including miniaturized highprecision control electronics, integrated inside the compressorhousing.
