shift quality complaints and other electrical ID problems; 01M, delayed forward or reverse, manual valve adjustment; 01M, shift quality<br />
complaints; AW55-50, harsh engagements and shifts; Saturn TAAT, harsh shifts after installing a remanufactured valve body; FNR5, how<br />
to distinguish an FNR5 from a 4F27E valve; 48RE shifter stuck in park; clearing shift adapts, battery disconnect or scanner only for various<br />
Toyota models. Jeff will take audience questions for 30 minutes after the seminar.<br />
INSTRUCTOR - Jeff Parlee, Director of Research & Development at VBX; his vast knowledge of the <strong>transmission</strong> industry, including<br />
employment as a builder, shop owner and International Technical Consultant with over 30 years diverse technical experience.<br />
SONNAX MINI SEMINAR - Sonnax engineer MacKenzie Campbell will examine some of today’s more common and troublesome<br />
valve bodies, and highlight some of the biggest issues and complaints they can cause. You’ll learn quick, inexpensive and reliable testing<br />
techniques to determine which bores need to be addressed, how to evaluate the valve body, and your repair options. He will also review a<br />
return-on-investment analysis of tool costs, and time investment to help you determine whether it’s more profitable to rebuild or replace<br />
the valve body.<br />
INSTRUCTOR - MacKenzie Campbell is a member of the Sonnax Transmission Specialties engineering work group; he has a BSME<br />
from Virginia Tech and has more than 7 years experience with Sonnax.<br />
