Perennial 495FeaturesPerennial 495 offers a durable, buffable high gloss finishthat resists black heel marks and detergent. It is idealfor multiple building facilities looking for the "wet look".Its ability to be easily spray buffed or recoated allows forflexibility in maintenance procedures. Perennial 495 rarelyrequires stripping when maintained properly. It is recommendedfor use in high traffic areas such as supermarkets,shopping malls, hospitals, schools and office buildings aswell as any location where resilient tile or terrazzo mustlook its best.DirectionsInitial Application: Remove old finish using a suitable floorstripper. Apply a uniform coat of Perennial 495 using ahard string mop or wax applicator. Allow to dry (approx.30-40 minutes). Apply 2-5 coats as required.Maintenance: To maintain shine, keep dirt and grit off thefloor. Regular washing with a damp cloth and periodicscrubbing with the appropriate Flexo cleaner or disinfectantis recommended.Touch-ups: Recoat Perennial 495 over clean surfaces only.It’s self-polishing finish provides a higher gloss and adeeper, brighter appearance.Applications & PerformanceFor resilient and terrazzo floors. Can also be used as asealer on concrete floors. Ideal for high traffic areas, as wellas any location where resilient tile or terrazzo must look itsbest.
