Every Monday and Tuesday 9.30am - 3pm
A fun packed day of activities including arts and crafts, fun quiz’s, games on the
Nintendo wii, exhaustion games and multisports. Please provide a packed lunch.
Monday 30th July - Includes Survival Session with Gerry O’Brienk where you will
learn basic survival techniques, how to make shelters and fire lighting techniques#
Monday 6th August - Includes athletics session with the Ivanhoe Robins#
Monday 13th August - Includes basic first aid training where you will learn how
to apply bandages and slings and other essential first aid techniques
#£15 per session (payment must be made in advance for these sessions)
Karate Taster Session
5 - 14 years
Thursday 9th August 1 - 2pm
A taster session suitable for all abilities.
Learn all the correct techniques of kicking
and punching to become a pro!
