SECTION AThe Tender Document should contain the following form:A1. Two Bid System will be followed for this tender.A2. The Technical Bid should be placed in a sealed cover super scribed with "D-23013/4/2011-EST", “TECHNICAL BID FOR PROVIDING CONTRACTUALWORKERS AND SECURITY GUARDS at LBSNAA, Mussoorie " and "Not to beopened before 15.12.2011”.A3. The Bidder should submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of R1,60,000/- (RupeesOne lakh sixty thousand only), by Account Payee Demand Draft/Pay Order, FixedDeposit Receipt, Bank Gaurantee of any nationalised or any other Scheduled Bankdrawn in favour of the Director, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy ofAdministration, Mussoorie. The Earnest Money form is attached as Annexure-II.A4. The Commercial Bid should be placed in a sealed cover. This cover should be superscribed with “COMMERCIAL BID FOR PROVIDING CONTRACTUAL WORKERSAND SECURITY GUARDS at LBSNAA, Mussoorie ".A5. Both the bids are to be put in a sealed cover super scribed with "Tender forPROVIDING OF CONTRACTUAL WORKERS AND SECURITY GUARDS atLBSNAA, Mussoorie".A6. All the sealed covers thus prepared should also indicate clearly the name and addressof the vendor and the contact person.A7. Contents of all the inner envelopes must be tied / bound securely.A8. All pages of the bid including Brochures are to be numbered as page ____ (currentpage) of ____ (total pages). The numbering should be done continuously for the wholebid and not section wise.A9. The vendor must bear all the costs associated with the preparation and submission ofthe bid and Academy will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs,regardless of the conduct or the outcome of the tendering process.A10. The outer cover in which these sealed covers are placed should be addressed to theDirector, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (Governmentof India), Mussoorie 248 179.2
