Administrative Tasks• Response to external correspondence not related to any <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>cases assigned to <strong>the</strong> <strong>Legal</strong> Officer• Enumeration <strong>of</strong> file pages, archive management• different reporting procedures, such as political reports, weeklyreports, reports on technical assistance, follow-upup- reports on <strong>the</strong>development <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> most important cases which are not alwaysassigned to <strong>the</strong> respective <strong>Legal</strong> Officer• 30 to 40 % <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Legal</strong> Officer’s s duties are <strong>of</strong> administrativenature: this includes organizing <strong>the</strong> binders <strong>of</strong> criminal cases(numbering <strong>the</strong> pages and indexing), copying documents for <strong>the</strong>disclosure to <strong>the</strong> defense (especially when local staff silentlyrefuses to work with highly sensitive cases), ensuring that <strong>the</strong>binders <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> prosecutors are multilingual, etc.
