Administrative Tasks• Response to external correspondence not related to any of thecases assigned to the Legal Officer• Enumeration of file pages, archive management• different reporting procedures, such as political reports, weeklyreports, reports on technical assistance, follow-upup- reports on thedevelopment of the most important cases which are not alwaysassigned to the respective Legal Officer• 30 to 40 % of the Legal Officer’s s duties are of administrativenature: this includes organizing the binders of criminal cases(numbering the pages and indexing), copying documents for thedisclosure to the defense (especially when local staff silentlyrefuses to work with highly sensitive cases), ensuring that thebinders of the prosecutors are multilingual, etc.
