GeneralConditions1. Duration of contract shall be applied for academic phase of students admitted inJuly 2013 and pass out in December 2013'2. Blank stationeries will be supplied by WBSCVE&T'3. Approximate student stren8th 1,00,000 per phase4. Tenderer must be capable of executing the project within time5. Tenderer may collect detailed curriculum structure of VIll+ level STC from thecounciloffice6. Bidders are required to read the documents carefully before filling the quotations'At the time of submission, every page duly numbered must be siSned by theauthorized siSnatory'7, Any information provided in support of the bids must be properly annexed'numbered and dulY signed.8. Any ambiguous conditions quoted in the application may lead to summaryrejection of the quotation9. EIGIBITITY CRITERIA1. Tenderer should have experience in regular annual registration & examinationprocessinB of a Council/Board/Council. (data processing and result preparationusing Online/Offline pre & post processing) and also experience in desiSning,developing related software2.
