The vision is to be everyone’s first choice for activity and we willstrive to encourage everyone to participate in 30 minutes of moderate physicalactivity 5 times a week.What will the role involve?We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidates to work as part of a friendlyteam to provide a fun, safe and quality experience for all of our customers. The jobwill involve working within the Gym. The major goal of the role is to providemotivation & support for customers to achieve their fitness goals, through theconsistent delivery of one to one appointments, group sessions & meaningful gymfloor interaction.This is a full-time position and you will be required to work between 30 and 40 hoursper week on a shift basis at your designated centre. You will receive on-goingtraining and benefit from free use of the gym and swimming pool.The programme is 12 months in duration and you will be employed on a fixed term12 month contract. On successfully completing your Apprenticeship we would expectto be able to offer you continued employment and development opportunities.Pay and benefits£2.65 per hour apprenticeship wage paid from the start of your apprenticeship(including your training period).Free use of gym and swimming pool, paid holidays and on-going trainingopportunities.

What will your training involve?Your training will take place within the work place and you will gain the skillsand Knowledge to complete the following qualifications which make up thecontent of the apprenticeship.• L2 NVQ Diploma in Instructing Exercise and Fitness• L2 Award in Employment Awareness in Active Leisure and Learning• L2 Technical Certificate in Fitness Instructing• Functional Skills in Maths and English (If you have achieved GCSEgrade C or above in these subjects you may be exempt).
