Candidates with MBA/MHA/MSc in Hospital Management with two years of postqualification experience. Project work conducted as a part of study will not beconsidered as experience.2. The applications forwarded other than THROUGH ONLINE will NOT BECONSIDERED3. The applications that are not complete in all respects will not be considered for shortlisting. A copy of ONLINE application should be forwarded to NRHM office. Theenvelope containing application should be super scribed “Application for the Postof………………..” should reach ‘The State Mission Director, National RuralHealth Mission, General Hospital Junction, Trivandrum-695035”.4. Recruitment is being done on a district wise basis. Candidate can choose only onedistrict.5. Recruitment will be initially for a period of three months, which may be extendedbased on performance of the candidate. The individuals appointed under NRHM oncontract basis, will have to enter into a contract with the Society.6. The present lists of available vacancies are noted above. The vacancies maychange after this notification due to transfer. If so, recruitment will be done onlybased on the requirement at the time of finalization of vacancies.7. The maximum age limit will be 40 years.8. The undersigned will have the power to relax age, qualifications for the post. Theselected candidate should be willing to relocate anywhere in the State.9. The applicants should have excellent writing skills both in English and Malayalamand should be proficient in computers. Thorough knowledge of MS Office/OpenOffice is essential.10. Selection will be based on qualifications, post qualification experience andperformance in the interview/written test.11. Candidates who have attended regular classes in colleges under recognizedUniversities need only apply12. Claims in respect of qualifications/ experience etc. should be supported by copies of
elevant documents; candidates may be required to produce the originals at the timeof interview. Candidates are requested to produce certificates and Mark sheetbefore the Society during the interview.13. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.14. The posts are temporary in nature during the period of the operation of the Mission.The period of Mission and therefore, the contract of the selected candidates may beextended according to the directions of Government of India/Government of Keralain the matter and no claim for permanency of job or labour claims to the NRHM, DHSor the Government.15. The total number of positions stated as above are the requirements as on date andit is likely that more number of candidates may be taken as contract from theselected list prepared in the State Mission Office16. Candidates are advised to browse website of NRHM “arogyakeralam.gov.in” forregular updates/ notice/announcements.17. The last date of submission of ONLINE application is 5 pm on 30/07/2012 .18. Last date for Submission of Hard Copy of Online Application is on 5 th August 2012.19. The candidates who have already applied need not be applied again.State MissionDirector
