The costume collection was center stage this<br />
year with Chic <strong>Chicago</strong>. Featuring a dazzling<br />
group of sixty couture items, including a<br />
newly acquired Chanel gown from Oprah<br />
Winfrey, the exhibition was touted by Marie<br />
Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, Women’s Wear Daily,<br />
and Vogue Patterns. Over the course of ten<br />
months, the show brought in 175,000 visitors<br />
and attracted national recognition to one of<br />
the country’s premier costume collections.<br />
