Showstopper Made of pleated silk chiffon and twentyfive<br />
yards of nylon net, the “Butterfly” ball gown (1954)<br />
was a highlight of Chic <strong>Chicago</strong>. It was designed by<br />
Charles James for Mrs. William Randolph Hearst Jr.<br />
