From the flagshipClubman to the legendary littleAriva, through the years the Lunarethos has remained constant: buildlightweight high quality caravanswith luxurious interiors. Protectingour heritage and our future hasalways been paramount.When the company was sold toa European manufacturer in the1990’s it was a milestone whena management buyout, led byChairman and CEO, Brian Mellor,was finalised in 2007.Since the buyout, the innovationapplied to both our caravans andour manufacturing has gone fromstrength to strength. We have madeinvestments in a wide range of newmanufacturing equipment andnew design software technology.These advancements have becomeour trademark, setting our caravancollection apart from our rivals.In March 2011, we were reunited withone of our very first models, a LunarSaturn, that had toured with a familyfrom Lancashire for over 40 years.This compact two berth was one ofthe first models we built. The familytook delight in touring with thiscaravan all over the UK from 1969right through to 2010.Following a difficult decision in 2011 tofinally retire from touring, the familycontacted us to see if we couldprovide a final home for their Saturnwhich had become a real part of thefamily. We were absolutely thrilledwith this opportunity as the Saturnsignifies a Lunar heritage dedicatedto quality and craftsmanship.
