Pursuant to Article 29, paragraph 1, item 4) and Article 33, of the Law on ElectronicCommunications (Official Gazette of RS, no. 44/10), Arts. 12, para. 1, item 1) and 16, para. 1,item 4 of the Statutes of the Republic Agency for Electronic Communications (OfficialGazette of RS, no. 59/10),the Managing Board of the Republic Agency for Electronic Communications in itssession held on 23 December 2011, passed the followingRULESon the Amount of Fees for the Service Provision within the Competence of the RepublicAgency for Electronic CommunicationsOpening ProvisionArticle 1These Rules shall stipulate the amount of fees for the service provision within thecompetence of the Republic Agency for Electronic Communications (hereinafter: Agency) inparticular for: the issuance and extension of the permit for the use of numbering and individualpermit for radio frequency usage, as well as for the technical inspection of the radio-stations forwhich individual radio frequency usage permit has been issued.Issuance and Extension of Permits for the Use of NumberingArticle 2The amount of fee for the issuance of permit for the use of numbering shall amount toRSD 20,000.00 per permit.The amount of fee payable for the extension of the permit for the use of numbering shallequal 50% of the amount of fee referred to in para. 1 herein.Issuance and Extension of Individual Permit for Radio Frequency UsageArticle 3The amount of fee for the issuance of individual permit for radio frequency usage for aradio station within a specific electronic communications service shall amount to:Class of electroniccommunicationsserviceBroadcastingClass of radio stationAmount of fee1) television broadcasting station 30,000.002) radio broadcasting station 30,000.00Mobile 3) Radio station within a communicationnetwork, per frequency, for:a) base radio stationb) fixed radio stationc) mobile and handheld radio station2,500.001,500.001,000.00

Correction of erroneous information, submitted by the applicant in the application for theissuance of individual permit for radio frequency usage, in the permit, shall involve the paymentof 50% of the stipulated fee referred to in Art. 3 herein.The issuance of the individual permit for radio frequency usage in case of the change inthe status, name, title, firm or identification sign to the individual permit user shall involve thepayment of 50% of the amount of fee referred to in Art. 3 herein.The extension of the individual permit for radio frequency usage shall involve thepayment of the fee stipulated under Art. 3 herein.Article 5The amount of the fee for the issuance of the individual permit for radio frequency usagefor radio stations used by the emergency medical service and other medical institutions, anti-hailprotection, fire brigades, mountain rescue service and humanitarian organizations, regardless ofthe class of electronic communications service, shall amount to 100.00 per radio station, in caseof radio frequencies within a band not allocated for special purposes under the Allocation Plan.Article 6The application processing in the public tender procedure for the issuance of individualpermit for radio frequency usage shall involve the payment of the fee in the amount of RSD25,000.00.Purchase of tender documents in the public tender procedure for the issuance of anindividual permit for radio frequency usage shall involve the payment of 0.01% of the minimum(initial) amount of the one-off fee set out in the public tender procedure, and no less thanRSD250,000.00.4. Radio Station Technical InspectionArticle 7Radio station technical inspection may be carried out by the Agency or anotherauthorized entity, pursuant to the law regulating electronic communications.The amount of fee, per radio station, for the technical inspection to be carried out by theAgency shall be as follows:OrdinalnumberClass of radio stationAmount of fee1. Radio station for fixed wireless access(WLL)19,800.0019,800.00Article 8The issuance of duplicate report on radio station technical inspection shall involve thepayment of 40% of the amount of costs referred to herein.Closing ProvisionsArticle 9The day these Rules enter into force the Rules on the Amount of Costs for the Issuance ofRadio Station Permits (Official Gazette of RS, no. 4/10) and the Rules on the Amount of Costsfor the Issuance of Technical Permits-Certificates and Technical Inspection of Radio Stationsand Telecommunications networks, Systems and Facilities (Official Gazette of RS, no.41/06).Article 10These Rules shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia uponreceiving the approval of the Government, and shall enter into force on the eighth day followingthe publishing thereof.Ref.
