Our technology focus is in theareas Wireless Communications, Multimedia, Embedded Graphics, HMI and Power<strong>Electronic</strong>s.In order to sustain the continuous growth of the company, we are looking for:Business Development Manager - <strong>ASIC</strong> <strong>Design</strong> <strong>House</strong> (m/f)for our <strong>Design</strong> Centre MunichWe are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be a key contributor todevelop <strong>TES</strong>’ <strong>ASIC</strong> <strong>Design</strong> <strong>House</strong> business including <strong>ASIC</strong> & FPGA design services and<strong>ASIC</strong> logistics. The position is embedded into the Sales & Marketing team and the holderwill report directly to the Director Sales & Marketing. A sales quota will be assigned to theowner of this position.Your challenge• Develop <strong>ASIC</strong> <strong>Design</strong> <strong>House</strong> business in target markets including <strong>ASIC</strong> & FPGAdesign Service and <strong>ASIC</strong> logistics• Identify relevant target markets and target customers• Generate relevant contacts to decision makers within target customers• Acquire business / drive business to closure at target customers• Generate quotes in collaboration with engineering management• Maintain value proposition and sales collateral for <strong>ASIC</strong> & FPGA services• Work closely with engineering in order to have a clear understanding of thecapabilities and of the needs of the market and customers• Report on a weekly basis to Management• Refine and optimize existing <strong>ASIC</strong> <strong>Design</strong> <strong>House</strong> & FPGA strategy together withDirector Sales & Marketing and Director Systems on Silicon business unit• Define business priorities in coordination with Director Sales & Marketing andDirectorSystems on Silicon business unit• Fulfil sales objectives defined in assigned sales quota• Manage sales distribution channel for <strong>ASIC</strong> & FPGA services


Your profile:• Engineering degree in electrical engineering, physics or comparable• Strong technical background required in <strong>Electronic</strong>s, <strong>ASIC</strong> <strong>Design</strong> & <strong>Design</strong>Methodology• More than 3 years of experience in <strong>ASIC</strong> design (preferably Mixed signal / RF <strong>ASIC</strong>s)• Experience in – or - good understanding of FPGA design• Experience in Sales / Business Development / Technical Marketing in TechnicalService- or Semiconductor Business, preferably in the area of <strong>ASIC</strong>s• Self confident appearance, strong will to be successful• Strong negotiation skills• Ability and willingness to do cold acquisition is a must• Proven track record of growing business• Drive, self-motivated and organized• Ability to work independently, but also as a team player• Fluent in German and English• Business qualification is a plus but not a mustWe offer good career opportunities, an attractive salary as well as excellent workingenvironment.
