The device is most often used with theDERAY ® DuoMelt, DERAY ® PressMelt and small DERAY ® ColdMelt applications.DERAY ® SealMan• A process controlled heat shrink appliance specifically designed to install the DERAY ®ColdMelt water blocking system. It features a carefully designed shrink zone anda compression mechanism to mechanically block and prevent in-vehicle waterpenetration via the wire harness feed-through location. DERAY ® SealMan can beconfigured for either on-board or bench mount operation.DERAY ® FST• The ultimate tunnel oven specifically designed for continuous processing ofautomotive and terminal wire splices. It’s PLC controlled temperature and beltspeed settings ensure process repeatability. It also fits easily into any productionsetting ensuring consistency and repeatability.
