Rides is therefore expanding
the facility by
over 21000 square foot.
The new internal logistic
center will provide MACK
Rides with state-of-the-art
material handling abilities
and a restructured material
flow inside the production
process.

It‘s not only the unique constellation of
the Mack family being an operator and

Over 21000 square foot and two storeys high will be the new logistics center that is not only providing storage area but also offices,
a cafeteria and a terrace for the employees.
As a more than 230 year old grown company
MACK Rides is equipped with the tradition and
vision that the best products can only be manufactured
with one reliable partnership. MACK
Rides is proud to secure and enhance the cooperation
with many strong partners, for example
the department of EMIS electrics at the location
in Waldkirch. From the engineering and design,
the track work, the vehicles and the electrical
assembly, everything is produced in the city of
Waldkirch.
With the new two storey high logisitc center,
the vehicle assembly hall as well as the hall
for track assembly can be directly supported.
This important new tool will be in operation
from end of 2012 and improve the in-house
material flow as well as the material handling
for shipping goods.

A huge covered loading bay with several heavy
duty cranes as well as a reorganized despensing
area guarantee a flexible order handling as well
as a much improved on-the-job-saftey.
With these new tools and the improved
internal construction cycle it will be even
easier to react on incoming orders and we
are more than confident to ship several more
spectacular attractions in the near future.
