Lighting should be used to highlight or accent architectural features and create visualinterest. Exterior neon lighting, illuminated banding, or other lighting that creates a glow is strongly discouragedunless approved as part of an overall theme <strong>for</strong> the activity center. The style of lighting should reflect thearchitectural character of the activity center. Post top lighting fixtures and poles and decorative lamps are stronglypreferred.
