Only women can be leaseholders. Adult men are notpermitted to be residents (this does not include dependent male children). To make sure that these apartments arerented to the single women and women-led families that would benefit the most, there is a maximum householdincome cap.* Priority will be given to women with children for the 2 and 3-bedroom units.
