Goals• To raise awareness of propernutritional education and dietguidelines throughout the UnitedStates through local chaptersholding Childhood Nutrition Dayevents on or around Oct. 16.• To provide valuable mediainformation and recognition aboutthe American Culinary Federation,local chapters, and members as itrelates to their CCF efforts.• To provide grants to 501(c)3charities that specifically targetchildhood hunger and childhoodnutrition, both locally andnationally, through fundraisersand donations.
