Practical work flow high level overviewThe practical will be focused on the use of tumour spheroids in both live andfixed end point High Content Imaging and Analysis. These sessions will coverthe following areas:(1) Assay preparation and setup – This part of the practical session will befocused on the setup of 3D assays for High Content Imaging. We willbe providing training for both small scale manual approaches andlarger scale automated setup for screening.(i) Fixed end point assays preparation and maintenance of cells selectionand use of cell stains for High Content Imaging .(ii) Live cell assays preparation and maintenance of cells and selectionof live cell stains for High Content Imaging(2) Automated imaging of cells using High Content Imaging technologiesThis part of the practical course will comprise the use of a chosen HCSimaging platform. Ideally in this session we will cover both wide field andcon-focal or structured illumination approaches and applications(3) Image and Data Analysis of cells grown in a 3D assays format.
