Chapter III Regulations for Airport Charges<br />
5.2 The ground rent (Hangar Charge) per hour (or part thereof) for the storage<br />
of aircraft of all types is as follows:<br />

5.3 The minimum period of time for the storage of aircraft per Hangar is 8<br />
hours.<br />
6 Rebates<br />
6.1 For landing and take-off charges as described under 1.9 and for<br />
positioning charges as described under 4.5, rebates are offered for new<br />
passenger services fulfilling the prerequisites listed below. Already<br />
existing connections are excluded from these rebates.<br />
6.2 The rebates are designed to support new scheduled City Pair Connections<br />
(based on the IATA 3-letter codes, e.g. HAM-LON) to and from Hamburg<br />
with an average frequency of three return flights per week over two<br />
timetable periods. At the time of applying for the support, the route must<br />
not be regularly served either by the airline making application or by any<br />
other airline.<br />
6.3 Support is available to connections for which:<br />
• the airline issues a written announcement to the Airport;<br />
• the Airport is given documentary evidence that bookings may be<br />
made;<br />
• the Airport has given its written approval;<br />
• service commences within 6 months (see paragraphs 6.7 and 6.8).<br />
6.4 The support available is categorised as follows:<br />
For intercontinental connections (according to IATA) a support period of 5<br />
timetable periods is available. Intercontinental connections (according to<br />
IATA) are defined under 6.10. The support consists of rebates on the<br />
charges named under 6.1: in the first and second timetable periods, 100%;<br />
