Where can dumpsters, decontamination areas beset up. Is air monitoring required? Hours of work? Section 015600 - Temporary Enclosures, Part 1.8 which states: "The site will need toconform to all noise reduction requirements of the City Department of Environmental Protection(DEP) and NYC Local Law 113. The following detail description is for security only. The securityfence may also serve as the noise reduction barrier, and Contractor will be responsible for revisingthe material listed herein to bring the fence into full compliance, with materials, details, and design asapproved by CM and DEP". Please provide details of the noise reduction barrier you refer to. If youare referring to a high (15+/- ft.) perimeter fence with acoustical blankets, you are adding hundreds ofthousands of dollars to the bid compared to using a typical 8 foot plywood construction fence which isused on most construction sites.Response:The existing site enclosure shall be assumed to remain as regards the Contractor'scompliance with DEP and LL113.
