Then clean or de-ice <strong>and</strong> refit.Dismantle pump chambers <strong>and</strong> determine whether a diaphragm isbroken or a diaphragm flange is looseDismantle the liquid end of the double diaphragm pump <strong>and</strong> clear theblockageCheck the ball valves <strong>and</strong> valve seats for wear <strong>and</strong> correct seatingReplace as necessaryClear blockage or check <strong>and</strong> clean suction lineCheck for blockage.
