Why?The <strong>Garden</strong> <strong>Grove</strong> Community Foundation (GGCF) wasestablished in 1998 when the City Council, communitymembers, and business leaders came together withthe goal of enhancing the quality of life <strong>for</strong> <strong>Garden</strong><strong>Grove</strong> residents and businesses by helping to fundevents that provide entertainment, education, andinspiration. The main events funded/co-funded bythe GGCF are the very popular Free Summer ConcertSeries; the annual Golf Classic; the annual ChristmasTree Lighting Ceremony; and the Food For ThoughtLuncheon. Student attendees areselected from <strong>Garden</strong> <strong>Grove</strong> Unified School District highschools, and are given a rare opportunity to hear themessage of a special keynote speaker, and to network withbusiness and community leaders.
