Positions : State Team MonitorsavailableTotal Posts for recruitment – 3II. Job Chart :• Will coordinate with the State ResourcePersons and the District Resource Persons atthe District level to ensure the smoothconduct of the Social Audit Process• Will liaise with the District officials to get theirfeedback on the Social Audit Process• Will ensure the capacity building of theSRP’s/DRP’s and VSA’s regarding the SocialAudit process/communication/ mobilization onan on-going basis• Preparing training modules, IEC materials onSocial Audit• Monitoring and evaluating the performance ofthe SRP’s and DRP’s on a regular basis• Coordinating efforts of the NGO’s and CSO’swhich want to get involved in the Social Auditprocess at the State and the District levels• Attending Social Audit processes at regularintervals and the public meetings where theteams require support• Monitoring and coordinating the submission ofthe Social Audit reports to the DistrictAdministration and to the State level officials• Ensuring that the reports and evidences arekept carefully and submitted to the StateOffice• Strengthening the Social Audit processes inthe District by conducting regular workshopsand interacting with the SRP’s, DRP’s, VSA’sat the grassroots level• To render necessary assistance to theDirector SSAAT in planning andimplementation of the Social Audit process inthe state and other places where need mightarise• Planning and implementing Social Audits ofother social welfare programmes, as andwhen a request from other departments arereceived

III. Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degreeIV. Experience : Minimum 5 years experience of working onpeople’s issuesV. Tenure : The posts are purely temporary and contractualin nature. Initial contract will be issued for aperiod of 1 year.VI. Remuneration : Rs.15,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per monthVII. Application : Format enclosedVIII.
