Levesque, C.M., has led <strong>Niagara</strong><strong>University</strong> on a process of transformation that hassignificantly developed the physical character of theuniversity’s campus and its 21st century approachto teaching and learning. Close to $100 million hasbeen invested in new construction, renovation, improvementand redevelopment projects. He was ordainedas a Vincentian Priest in 1967, was assignedto <strong>Niagara</strong> in 1970 as a lecturer in religious studies, and received hisdoctoral degree in theology from The <strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>University</strong> of America.Joseph McDonald leads one of the largest healthsystems in WNY, with annual operating revenues ofover $800 million and an economic impact of over$1.8 billion. During his tenure, <strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>Health</strong> hasexperienced a growth in services and advancedtechnology, improved quality and safety, and returnedto fiscal stability, finishing the last eight yearswith positive operating margins. He is Chairman-Elect of the <strong>Health</strong>care Association of New York State; serves on theregional policy board of the American Hospital Association; is a boardof directors member of WNED, Stella Maris and the HSBC AdvisoryBoard; serves on the Canisius College Board of Trustees; and is the2011 Recipient of the American College of <strong>Health</strong>care ExecutivesRegent’s Award.Michael Edbauer, D.O., has over 15 years ofexperience in medical management and healthcareconsulting. He developed and implemented the clinicalintegration program for <strong>Catholic</strong> Medical Partners(CMP), including transformation of 19 primary carepractices to PCMH level 3 status, and has beenintegral in developing an ACO model for CMP. Underhis leadership, CMP received NCQA accreditationfor Disease Management in CAD, CHF and Diabetes in 2011. At<strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>Health</strong>, Dr. Edbauer provides medical leadership, furtheringintegration between <strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>Health</strong> and <strong>Catholic</strong> Medical Partners. Aboard certified pediatrician, he will complete his MBA in May 2012.James A.
