List prices are subject to change.• All Sklar instruments are guaranteed to be freeof defects in material and workmanship. Anyinstrument which proves defective in workmanshipor material may be repaired or replaced atour discretion without charge. This guarantee isvoid for instruments serviced by any companyother than Sklar Instrument repair services.• All Sklar instruments are carefully inspectedbefore shipment. Any claims must be made withinten (10) days of receipt of shipment.• Customers with established accounts that are ingood standing will be billed at our standardNet 30 Day terms. Customers must provide apurchase order number when placing orders.• New accounts may be established by submittingcredit references to our Credit Department. Werequire one bank reference and three (3) tradereferences including contacts, completeaddresses and telephone, fax, and e-mail information.New distributors are required to submitcredit references along with their initial stockingorder of $2,500 or more.• Standard sterile kits (those in our catalog) maybe returned up to 30 days provided that thesterility of the inner packs is intact and theproduct is unopened and resaleable.• Most cleaning products are not returnable.• Credit card or prepayment is required for allcustomers who do not have a current accountwith Sklar. We accept VISA, MasterCard,American Express and Discover.• Established accounts with Sklar must be paidwithin terms. Statements are mailed on a monthlybasis. Past due balances will be subject to afinance charge.
