Tribute gifts are a unique way<br />
to honor and recognize special<br />
friends and family. Your memorial<br />
or tribute donation helps lonely<br />
elders while celebrating a special<br />
occasion such as a wedding,<br />
anniversary, birthday or holiday, or<br />
remembering the passing of a loved<br />
one or friend.<br />
When you choose to make a tribute<br />
gift, <strong>Little</strong> <strong>Brothers</strong> will send a<br />
personalized card to whomever you<br />
designate as recipient. We do not<br />
specify the amount of the donation<br />
unless you request it, and you may<br />
customize your message to the<br />
recipient. You will receive a formal<br />
acknowledgment and a receipt for<br />
your donation.<br />

of development, says that LBFE is<br />
grateful to families that encourage<br />
tribute gifts to LBFE to remember<br />
their loved ones. “The Ryan<br />
family recently lost their mother,<br />
Nancy Ryan, who volunteered and<br />

memorial service, the family made<br />
the decision to designate <strong>Little</strong><br />
<strong>Brothers</strong> – <strong>Friends</strong> of the Elderly<br />
as the recipient of gifts made<br />
in Nancy's memory. <strong>What</strong> a kind<br />
gesture and a wonderful way to<br />
recognize Nancy’s faithful support<br />
of our unique programs. We have<br />
received 26 gifts totaling $1,570.<br />
The Ryan family and other tribute<br />
gifts help to ensure that we are<br />
there for our elders until the end of<br />
their lives,” says Gorski.<br />
Last year LBFE received 195<br />
tribute gifts totaling $16,400.<br />
This allowed us to host 960 elders<br />
at our Wednesday luncheons,<br />
featuring food, decorations,<br />
flowers and entertainment.<br />
