Sumo-deadlifts are notallowed.Starting at the floor, the barbell is lifteduntil hips and knees reach full extensionwith the shoulders behind the bar. Thearms must be straight throughout.Push-upA straight body position mustbe maintained throughout.No snaking, sagging orpushing up from the knees.The elbows and shoulders must belocked out at the top with the feetno wider than shoulder width..Box jumpThis is a two-foot jump onto the box. The hipsand knees must open fully at or above theheight of standing on the box.Both feet must be on the box together at some point in therep. You may jump down or step down but you must jumpup. Stepping up is only permitted for the two elder Masterscategories (55+), not for anyone else.At the bottom, the chest (nipple-lineor above) must touch the floor andthe hands must be lifted.REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:To complete this workout, you will need a barbell loaded to the appropriate weight for your gender and age groupand a box that is the appropriate height for your gender and age group.ADDITIONAL NOTES:Please be sure to watch the entire workout instruction video for full details.
