The <strong>HAAKE</strong> PCR 620 canoperate in a variety of modes: melt indexmode, transition melt index mode, purgemode, viscosity mode (stress or rate control)and combinations of those.The <strong>Thermo</strong> <strong>Scientific</strong> <strong>HAAKE</strong> PCR 620can also report a synthesized Mooneyor Intrinsic Viscosity (IV) value – amathematical calculation from measuredshear viscosity data. For ease of operation,recipes consisting of operating parametersand control values can be stored for variousproduct grades. The <strong>HAAKE</strong> PCR 620 logsall data and events in a database for trendanalysis, SPC reporting and data storage.

It is also interchangeable withexisting PCR and MFM installations as anupgrade option. We also provide servicesto assist with the integration of the<strong>HAAKE</strong> PCR 620 in plant DCS systems.The <strong>HAAKE</strong> PCR 620 provides superior easeof maintenance features and easy access toall critical components. It can be removedfrom the process by closing its isolationvalves and removing only 2 bolts.
