The agency should have an experience of at least five years in the relevant field.2. The proposal may be submitted giving the organizational details, experience, details ofany project handled by the agency for Government/ International Organizations and theprofessional qualification of the key members of the professional team.3. The organizational profile and details of the activities of <strong>NMPB</strong> are available on ourwebsite (www.nmpb.nic.in).4. Proposal in a sealed cover consisting of Technical / Financial bids in separate coversmarked clearly is to be submitted. The agency should submit their technical bid givingthe organizational details as mentioned above alongwith a dummy on the proposedassignment. The financial bid will be opened only in respect of organizations that areshort listed based on their professional competence and presentation on the concept of e-book/ multimedia ROM.5. The copyright on production of CD will rest with <strong>NMPB</strong> and it will be indicated withprinted cover.6.
